Camping this year was SO MUCH FUN...I wish I could just put every picture up that we took...but then, well, I just took way too many! Within the first five minutes of camping our youngest looked like this...
The second we got him out of the car, he was running, and really falling...a....LOT...!! Not that it stopped him either...he had so much energy! In fact, he WOULDN'T sleep the first night...he cried, and cried, and cried...I laid with him for an hour, then Brian gave it a try, then we thought..lets take him for a drive...We drove for over an hour, nothing. Then we tried putting him in the back of Brian's parent's SUV. We thought....hey, that is the closest thing to a pack'n'play, so we set him all up in there. HE SCREAMED. Finally at around 1 or 2 in the morning we gave up, put him back in our bed, and let him scream himself to sleep...we were just OUT OF IDEAS...and energy...
Luckily, the sun came up again, and he seemed to be a different baby. He never slept "great"...but he slept enough!! And we were able to enjoy our week...
Some of the crazies we camped with!! (who we love)
Blazer does this funny thing where he runs full force into Parker for a hug...I just LOVE seeing it!!
So do a few weird friends!!!!!
And there's nothing like some passed out kids....
So angelic...and DIRTY!!! WOW...
(seriously, you have to click on this to see REALLY how dirty this child is!!!)
and the best part is...
Everything starts and ends with a campfire...
BUT...you have to be careful when you take walks on the beach at night, you could become pregnant like me...

I clicked on his face. He is one sleepy DIRTY kid! Glad you had fun camping!
wow! I didn't realize just how badly Blazer slept that first night. I think we might have just packed up in the middle of the night and called it quits.
Yeah, romantic little walks get you into trouble...
BAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! oh dear! i am not brave enough to camp with toddlers or babies and b/c we'll have a toddler until we have another baby i told sean camping is out of the question for awhile. unless we can go in a camper with shower, potty, and two separate bedrooms. he's still trying to figure out a way to make this work...
great pics and I just have to say...I don't know how you do it. (Camping with kids) Kyle and I would have given up after the first night. We probably would have just packed up and left. Maybe thats what it takes! Just getting the first night over with...
Looks like lots of fun! :D
Blazer is always such a little boy. Dirty. I love it. I hope it doesn't change. Pic's of him make my day.
All I have to say is that is one AWESOME pic of John...or should I say bishop! :) Ha ha! Looks like ya'll had a blast...especially that midnight walk on the beach!
I love the new background you have on your blog. Dang cute!
Holy crap! I wish I could get that much air on the wake board!
Looks like you guys had a blast, great pics!
Fellow SITSta,
T.
What fun! And is there anything cuter than two kids hugging?
Wow, what a first night you had. Glad he calmed down after that.
Greetings & Salutations! Thanks for sharing this Superior Snaps. SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did!
Hi there! Cute family and hapy kids. Congrats on number 5 :)
We are heading to Seaside OR this month and now you have me scared to walk on the beach with Reid! ;o) Hope you are feeling a little better now!
I might give up camping for years if my baby cried that long. You guys are so brave camping with all the kids. Summer lovin for sure. Jessica--no late night beach walks with Reid!
hahaha...so many fun comments, but Jessica, you of ALL PEOPLE, should NEVER take a walk on the beach...don't even think about the beach unless you are ready for #7...which by the way I think you could totally handle...you make em cute girl!!!
Great pictures. It looks like you and your family had a great time. I enjoyed visiting your blog and I like the design of your blog. It's very pretty and colorful.
Stopping by from SITS
