My Dirty Little Secret...

Okay, so it may not be dirty, but I have a SERIOUS PROBLEM!! I just cannot seem to do it on my own, and I am seeking the help of a willing victim...this has creeped up on me, and now is so overwhelming that I just cannot look at it...but I have to!! I don't sleep well in a messy or cluttery room, so you can imagine how tired I must be!! I can vacuum daily, scrub my bathrooms, do the dishes, etc etc etc....but I just CANNOT seem to get my laundry folded and put away...!!

So I have a plan...I will scrub EVERY bathroom in your house as a trade for folding my CLEAN laundry....!!! But, beware...this is what it looks like as of right now!!!

I know, scary, I am "airing my dirty laundry" for the whole world to see.....what can I say??? I have become desperate...!!

ANY TAKERS??!!!

LOL! I have the same problem. It gets washed. It gets dried. And that's where it stops. :)

haha! I also really don't like that part of doing laundry. The only solution I have found is to fold every load as it comes out of the dryer. It's still warm on my hands, so that feels nice, and I get a little sense of accomplishment as I finish each load. As for putting it away...Well I make my kids and husband help. A couple of small baskets to put the folded laundry in is good too because then if it doesn't make it to 'put away' it is still contained.
Good luck! And if I lived anywhere near you I would totally trade. Boys are so gross and I live with 3 messy ones!

I'm so up for a trade! Laundary is my favorite chore and cleaning bathrooms is my least favorite. You do my bathrooms, I'll gladly do your laundary! Deal?

Hey there! Here from SITS rollcall :) I love to fold laundry - and I loathe bathroom cleaning. Let's make a deal :P

Geez girl- can we be any more alike??? I HATE folding laundry too!! I always have piles and piles- and that's just 3 people, so I can't imagine 6!!!

We were sad we didn't get to see ya'll up on the mountain too! We were sure we'd run into you at some point. Oh well, maybe this weekend??? We're totally going, so maybe this time we can work it out so that we can go together again.

I HATE laundry. I fortunately have a very willing husband who is willing to do it.

OMG how did you get into my house and take those pictures!!!! I do get around to folding it at my laundry station (aka couch) and there it sits waiting for the appropraite person (aparently me) to put them away.

I would gladly trade scrubbing my bathroom to fold.. I so hate cleaning the bathroom that I have given it to my hubby to clean and he does not do too bad of a job plus he uses bleach which makes me gag!

I'd do bathrooms any day over laundry so sorry Charlie. No luck on a trade here. I have my kids put their own laundry away. Sometimes that back fires though and I wash the same things over and over without seeing them worn. BIG pet peeve. Laziness. You should see my laundry pile. It's bigger than yours. Come over, I'll prove it! Lol. BTW, just wondering where you and Brian have been sleeping?

For starters I do believe you are airing your clean laundry not dirtly laundry, lol.

One way to get around folding your laundry is let youir husband do it. Works at my house.

Have a great day.

that sounds just like me...our bed looks like that about every night! I vacuum, scrub, sweep, and sometimes mop mulitple times a day, but that clean laundry....it eventually gets done ( when it no longer fits on the chair and the hampers are full too...I don't like it on the floor, our rooms too small for that ) good luck! oh, and you're probably wondering how I came upon your blog...through facebook. we have a dinky little blog too...thesheldonstoutfamily.blogspot.com
